Our clients are happy, but don't just take our work for it. You've probably read some of the letters of thanks we get from happy clients so you know we can deliver on our promises.
Additionally, our business, and your Ideal fitted kitchen, is protected by the Consumer Protection Association who enable us to offer an insurance backed guarantee. When clients complete their form, they also answer questions about their satisfaction with our work. Last time we looked, our satisfaction ratings were: 49% of our clients thought we were excellent, 13% very good, 25% good, and 13% satisfactory. No-one rated us poor.
However we are not happy that people write in to say "Out of this world, everything we wanted and more", "From start to finish we have been extremely impressed", and "It's a pleasure to deal with people who do what they promised" .. we want everyone to do so.
